October 12th is the official start date of the 2019 Asheville Parade of Homes. Every year it’s a big deal. Event-goers get to see the best and brightest mines in Asheville’s residential architects, builders and designers. As everyone else wraps up their projects just in time, it’s always great to see what everyone else has been working on.

This Year Is No Different

So, this year we’re happy to share with you a first sneak peek into one of the homes being featured. This stunning home comes to us from Living Stone Design + Build and the SouthCliff community. From aging in place to bringing the outdoors in, you’ll find it all in this wonderful home with windows full of views.

Oh, one more thing — the basement houses a temperature and humidity-controlled wine room, as well as a large home gym and incredible porch with fireplace.

And yes, the cellar is well stocked.
